Sustained-release formula.
Suggested Use: 1 capsule one hour before bedtime as needed.
This formula contains pure melatonin in a pharmaceutical sustained-release formulation that releases slowly over several hours. Vegetarian capsules made of plant cellulose are used. This product is not intended for use by individuals under 25 years of age. Pregnant or lactating women should consult their physician before using. Driving or use of heavy machinery should be avoided after taking this product.
