We do our best to provide up to date product information and ingredient lists on all products sold on this website. A 20% restocking fee is applied for returned items still in unopened/unused condition within 30-days of receiving an order. Items marked as “Special Order” or purchased from our Clearance section are not eligible for return. If you are unhappy with an item and would like to return it please contact us at 1-800-227-2627 or using the Contact link on this website. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened.

We cannot accept returns of any prescription medication.

Wellness Pharmacy® accepts American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard for orders placed on our website. Please note that items marked SPECIAL ORDER are cannot be returned/cancelled once your order has been placed.

Wellness Pharmacy® accepts the following over the phone:

• American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard
• Bank check can be mailed to our pharmacy and your order will be processed upon receipt.
• C.O.D. using check or money order only – NO CASH. Please be aware that FedEx will add an $16.00 handling fee to your charges (as of 2/20/20).

PLEASE NOTE that if your Shipping Address and Billing Address are different it will delay your order as we carefully review and verify that information. To expedite that review process please provide a good phone number so that we may get in touch with you if needed (as a fraud preventative measure).
