Wellness Pharmacy® is unable to transmit insurance claims online directly to an insurance company since we are not contracted with any insurance companies. Our customers should be able to file a claim with their insurance company for a compounded prescription they have filled with Wellness. We would recommend that a customer check with their insurance company to find out what their insurance contract allows/requires for submitting a claim for a compounded medication. If requested we will supply a Universal Claim Form for a Compounded Medication with an order for use in applying for reimbursement.
